Exposo: Let's revive the agricultural system together!

We witness the failures of the current food system daily. Inflation keeps relentlessly climbing, shrinking your purchasing power with every passing week. Young people flee the countryside, seeing no future there. Meanwhile, a ruthless profit machine consolidates power, turning a blind eye to the struggles of the very people it was meant to serve.

This isn't just bad luck; it's by design. Small-scale farmers, the very people who feed the world, are being demonized, indebted, and driven off their land. The anxiety of farmers facing another year gambling against rigged markets, impossible odds, rising prices and policies that betray them instead of offering real support. We all know you don’t bite the hand that feeds you, yet the system does exactly that. Why? Because it’s rigged at its core. The rich get richer at an unprecedented pace, while the poor get poorer. Poverty, hunger, and staggering food waste somehow coexist, and decades of "efforts" by global institutions like the EU and UN to fix it have stalled, achieving little real progress while blaming external factors – factors often funded by the same profit-driven system they fail to change.

Deeper divides are carved between us and the source of our food. Brutal monopolies dictate what appears on our plates, pushing aside real quality for ultra-processed or lab-grown alternatives. Traditions vanish. Communities fragment.

This system doesn't just create problems; it actively suppresses potential. It keeps brilliant farmers hidden. It limits your access to incredible quality and value. It stifles collaboration, complicates partnerships, and denies hope to those who steward the land. It operates through layers of obscurity and inefficiency, preventing us from realizing the healthier, fairer, more sustainable reality that is possible. It funds the already rich.

The current system is geared solely for profit - it's a machine that inevitably spirals downward, concentrating corporate power, influencing policy, and masking its failures with deceptive narratives while people starve and farms are decimated by anti-human, anti-planet policies disguised as progress. The policymakers have failed us.

Waiting for this system, or its architects, to fix itself is like expecting a casino to voluntarily stop taking bets.

The only real option is radical change. We need to build a new system.

And that’s exactly what Exposo sets out to do.

REDEFINING INTERMEDIARY-TRADER ROLES

Intermediaries contribute to the imbalance in the system - long supply chains harm both the producers and buyers. Exposo sees traders as agents whose skills can be applied to combat the inefficiencies we see - working towards restoration of the system while being properly compensated. By drastically shortening the supply chain and repurposing intermediaries to add value, Exposo tackles inflation head-on.

EXPOSO SIGNAGE - BRIDGING THE ONLINE AND OFFLINE

We aim at bringing vibrant new energy and visibility right into the heart of local communities.

We'll equip participating farms, production sites, restaurants, and other agricultural partners with Exposo banners, flags, beauiful stickers and signs.

This isn't just branding; it's a symbol of transparency, participation in a fairer system, and interconnectedness.

• Farms First: Equipping farms & production sites with an Exposo flag & editable sign package for roadside visibility will allow to signal they're 'open for business' and advertise products for sale in an elegant way, attracting customers that could otherwise miss the location.

• Expanding signage to partners (restaurants, shops) - a way to mark participation, link profile and showcase commitment to fair trade & a transparent system.

• Smart Stalls with Online Link: revitalizing local markets/stalls with professional, standardized Exposo frameworks enhances community energy. Foldable frameworks will feature vendor banners & QR codes instantly linking buyers to detailed Exposo profiles, plus clear displays for product info & offers.

NEXT STEPS OF THE EXPOSO AGRICULTURE REVITALISATION PLANS:

• Establishing Real-World IdeaHubs: Spaces for farmers and rural communities to gather, network, brainstorm, talk, rest and enjoy time together, celebrate, and access professional guidance for joint ventures.

• Exposo Restaurants & Food Rescue Points (aimed at helping those in poverty): Hubs acting as collection points for farmer surplus (food otherwise potentially wasted due to lack of buyers or no sufficient storage options) and transforming them in dedicated kitchens/restaurants (that will be used for workshops as well) into nutritious food (like pastries from strawberries that don’t find a buyer on time!) for those in need, as well as treats for farmers and agricultural workers as a thank-you for contributions.

Too Good To Go tackles household and restaurant waste; but the waste that happens on the route to homes, stores and restaurants has been omitted so far.

• Bringing old-school distribution models back to life by establishing fresh-produce delivery right to people’s doorsteps - local dairy, meat, homemade & artisan goods.

• Establishing Exposo edition community fridges (and filling them!) that will become linked to Exposo system and notifications, and will enable to reduce food waste - another outlet for farmers with surplus food that does not find a buyer.

• More tools for farmers aimed at increasing productivity, expanding operations and diversifying - specific to the each country's legislative system - allowing to navigate better within the meanders of excess bureaucracy, aimed at providing practical help directly related to user's specific situation (e.g. finding loopholes)

• Rural Entrepreneurship & Education: Launching programs connecting youth with experienced farmers and external expertise to spark innovation, create attractive opportunities, and potentially reverse the rural exodus. Farmers could be hired and compensated fairly to teach valuable skills (e.g., farming, off-grid living, sharing their knowledge and experties).

• Talent Development & Empowerment: Hubs hosting workshops focused on developing diverse talents related to agriculture helping people bypass restrictive regulations that stifle small initiatives by uniting and sharing resources through Exposo Hubs.

• Launching educative programs.

• Organizing festivals for farmers and people and networking events (in addition, Exposo will bring music and joy wherever the team goes!)

• Expanding the Exposo System beyond what’s already seen - for example creating apps connecting veterinarians and pet/farm animal owners.

• Creating more jobs through these initiatives.

• Advocating for revising agricultural laws&regulations in favour of those who have been neglected by the policymakers.

• Turning more agricultural problems into solutions.

• Continued global expansion (following the seasons to other continents to not lose the momentum!).

We’re not in competition with any app or company - but dedicated to the mission of creating a system that works for everyone. That’s why Exposo is also building a Collaboration Space to concentrate now dispersed or forgotten initiatives working towards improving - together we can put the puzzle pieces of a new global system together faster and more efficiently.

A FOUNDATION FOR SYSTEMIC CHANGE

The success of Exposo in agriculture – its initial, critical focus – will demonstrate a powerful, replicable model for transparency, fairness, and community empowerment applicable across other vital sectors.

IMMEDIATE PLANS

• Development of the Exposo platform and global launch - as soon as possible: the first funding priority.

• Purchasing necessary equipment, recruiting the team & manufacturing test version of Exposo signage.

• Starting intermediary employment program.

• Promotion on-site starting in June in Poland with the hope of continuing the campaign in Holland before the end of the 2025 season.

• Pilot programs of Exposo Hubs.

Funding Exposo is more than a donation - it’s an investment in logic and truth above deception. It’s saying ‘no’ to the profit-making machine, saying no to complacency in form of: ‘it is the way it is’ - by backing a system designed for people, animals and the planet, not profit and power.

Hi, I'm Niki. Exposo is a project that I've been working on ever since I saw the scale of injustice in our food system, during my attempts to revive my family's farm and earlier - while watching my family struggle as I was growing up. I got to see the scale of the oppression of farmers, neglect of the governments, and the suffering that goes unseen - that now affects everyone. I kept looking for solutions that do not include relying on external support and bring the agricultural speed up to the level of XXI century while letting traditions flourish.

In the process of trying to make Exposo happen, I almost died - God brought me back to life. This project would not be possible if it wasn't for Him. <3
