Rebuild Matt Rauscher
Donation protected
On the morning of August 9th, 2019, the amazing husband, father, son, brother, friend and legendary dungeon master Matt Rauscher suffered a devastating spinal cord injury that has left him paralyzed from the chest down.
We can rebuild him, but we need your help!
Matt's most pressing need is the remodeling of his home to accommodate a wheelchair and the other medical equipment needed for a paraplegic. It is expected that Matt will return home on October 23rd. We have now raised enough money to cover basic home modifications. However, we still need to raise more funds to cover medical bills and medical equipment not covered by insurance. This includes such things as a shower wheelchair, a wheelchair accessible desk, and various personal care items.
Matt and his family also need assistance with lost income while he is in the hospital undergoing physical therapy, and a dog trainer will need to be hired to assist with the training of his German shepherd into a service animal.
With God's help and your donations, we can get Matt back home where he will be able to receive the intensive therapy needed so that he can one day walk again.
