native flowers on under L tracks

there is a patch of dirt under the L track between pizza lobo and target. it needs beautifying. i haven't gotten a permit or anything, but i want to start making improvements so the city can see it's potential.

im not sure we can get away with a raised planter under the L tracks so at a minimum ill just replace the soil and add native flowers.

probably going to do this on mothers day or late May

all donations are going directly to flowers, soil, and materials. the more donations we get, the more we're try to do.
