Food Tech Refurb - Education For All

FOSA are raising money to refurbish the Food Tech room at Ambergate Sports College. Pupils are aged between 3 and 19 with moderate to severe learning difficulties and complex needs.
Food Tech is a crucial part of learning for our pupils, helping them to develop their life skills and independent living skills, so that they are appropriately prepared for life after school.
The current Food Tech room is over 10 years old, with many of the electrical appliances either broken or not meeting current legislation.
FOSA fundraise throughout the year to bring in funding for extracurricular projects in school. We have raised £5,000 for the Food Tech Refurb Project. Under normal circumstances, we would’ve excepted another £5,000 to come in (with planned Quiz’s, Fund Days, and Summer Fayres), but due to Covid19 any further fundraising activities have been halted.
The total budget for this project is £17,500.
