For Malakye and Zenia

Zenia and Malakye Potter lost their Papa on February 3, 2024. Zenia will be 16 in May and Malakye graduates high school in June. It is not fair. They need us now more than ever and we know the community wants to support them in any way you can.

There are many ways you can help.

At this time, Julie has requested that meals and errands be taken care of by close family and friends due to dietary restrictions and limited storage.

Meal and grocery gift cards are greatly appreciated, though, and can be sent directly to Julie.

(Whole Foods, Lazy Acres, Trader Joe's, Starbucks, UberEats etc)

Another way to help is to sign up for Local Harvest Delivery, a produce delivery service which Julie co-owns with Sarah Coffman. Julie cares deeply about the Santa Barbara community and Chris always admired her passion for local sustainability.

Please also consider donating here to Malakye and Zenia so that they can continue doing what they love without financial worry. Zenia is active in several sports and will be driving soon! Malakye had plans to travel to Japan with Chris and Julie this summer. We want them to know that we will continue to support their hobbies, education and goals as they grow and learn as young adults.

Malakye, Zenia and Julie are so grateful for your continued support as they grieve the loss of Chris Potter, a legend to us all but their father and husband, gone too soon.
