We are fundraising money to support the creation of The Center for Language and Culture (CLC) Football (Soccer) club in Marrakech, Morocco. This program will give hundreds of CLC students and local orphans the opportunity to participate in organized soccer programs every weekend.
Working with the director of the school, teachers, and students, we have laid the foundation for a soccer program that will last years. All we need now is the funds to support this vision.

Specifics are explained below.
We were chosen to receive the NSLI-Y (National Security Language Initiative for Youth) scholarship. We study with the group of NSLI-Y students shown above at the Center for Language and Culture in Marrakech, Morocco.
The CLC educates over 3000 students and strives to create a sense of community. Inspired by the CLC's efforts, support of the local community, and conversations with the youth, we decided to start a soccer program with the CLC.
This soccer program will provide an opportunity for members of the CLC, local orphans, and underprivileged youth the ability to channel their passions in a safe, positive environment. As an extension of the CLC's language goals, this program will also encourage participants to use English in games.
When we leave Morocco in a few weeks, the director of the school will work with teachers and students to coordinate tournaments between classes, weekend events, and prizes. The program will also be targeted towards providing equal opportunity for women and girls who have limited access to sports programs in Morocco.
There will be over 80 games per year and scholarships given to underprivileged students who clearly demonstrate leadership skills (all sponsored by your donations). We hope to raise enough money to ensure this program lasts for the next 5 years.
