Getting my mum home.

My Mother, Lesley, has been taken critically ill in Spain. She has been diagnosed with viral meningitis, although there is some uncertainty as to whether there are additional complications. Along with this she has a vast history of medical issues, which are making things even more complicated. The language barrier is making communication with the hospital very difficult and the level of care she is receiving is well below what she needs. We feel the only way for her to stand any chance of recovery is to get her home as soon as we can. She does not have medical travel insurance due to her ongoing illnesses, so we will need to self fund her repatriation. We can get her home once she is well enough to fly but it will cost us £21,000 and this kind of money we do not have. Any donations will be greatly appreciated as we need her home to get her to her specialist doctors in the UK that we know will give her the care she needs.
