Heart for the House: Purchasing a Home for GGC

In 2023, we have the opportunity to complete a multi-year project of securing a home for GGC. Over the last several years, we have faithfully and successfully raised a 10% deposit ($1.2m). This secured the contract of sale.

The settlement date is set for 4 August 2023, by which date we must raise an extra $3m, to close on a 33% deposit of the $11m purchase + $580k Stamp Duty, to qualify for a mortgage to support the sale.
