Support our C-19 Healthcare Heroes and Local Restaurants
Green Oaks, Libertyville, Mundelein, Vernon Hills (GLMV) community wants to help support our amazing healthcare and front line heroes during these challenging times as they respond to the COVID-19 pandemic.
Funds collected will help feed our local frontline teams with individually packed meals from various GLMV member restaurants.
All funds (excluding Go Fund Me standard fees) will go toward purchasing meals, which will be delivered to Advocate Condell Medical Center. We may also be able to expand to other groups, as possible. Individually packed boxed meals will be delivered to a safe location for workers to get meals during their shifts. All meals will be provided by GLMV member restaurants who will be paid for these meals.
The GLMV Business Blitz fund will be managed by the GLMV Chamber of Commerce in conjunction with GLMV member area restaurants.
Frontline workers need our support, local restaurants need our patronage, and the GLMV community wants to do what they can to assist.
We can all make a difference, even in small ways.
