Here is the status of the amount raised and how the money will be used. It is broken up into various jobs in Ileana's home.

1. Doors

Change the Master Bedroom, Master closet, and Laundry door to be Accessible. These doorways are too small and do not allow her wheelchair to access these rooms easily. They will be widened and fully accessible.

2. Toilet and Closet Walls

Demo the wall between the toilet and closet, and extend the wall approx 12" into the closet room, creating a smaller but adequate closet of approx 6x7. The toilet room will then be enlargened to approx 4x7, giving additional space for the wheelchair, grab bars and additional usage. Eliminate the inaccessible doorway and walls to the toilet area, giving plenty of space for access. Repair walls to prepare for paint. Install toilet and connections, possibly moving toilet. Install grab bars as needed, including specialty toilet paper grab bars. Trim as needed. Caulk and Paint room.

Reconfigure closet shelves, Pull Down Handles/shelves

3. Main Bath Area

Remove existing double bowl vanity, and mirror; temporarily shut off water,

create roll under single bowl sink with 12" base cabs on both sides. Approx 36" roll under opening, height of counter appropriate for Ileana's access. Add counter with sink. Anti-scald pipe coverings as needed. Touchless or lever handle faucet, plumbing hookups.

-Re-install mirror.

-Install vertical grab bar with a handheld shower attachment, and a shower head attached to shower valve. Bilanx hand shower kit with 3 function & pause control hand shower, standard or Linear grab bar 24".

-Install new light fixture above mirror, brighter lights

4. Dining room repairs and conversion

-Create 36" doorway on the south wall, trim as needed.

-Close in the top opening and the existing opening to kitchen

-Install switch for fan/light

-Install new waterproof vinyl plank floor and transitions, install trim

-Install fan/light

-Repair walls and ceiling as needed to prepare for paint

-Caulk and Paint room

5. Kitchen

-Remove the existing countertop and sink, install appropriate height granite counter with undermount sink, no bar top 34" height, route electric

-Customize cabinets to accept roll under sink

-Install touchless or lever handle faucet, all hookups

-Anti Scald protective covers

-Install pull down cabinet inserts…3

-Install slide under stove top, oven and modify cabinet as needed

-There may be additional specialty cabs we could install TBD
