Hannibal Willis-Stare-The Sun of The City

On June 4th, 2020 Hannibal Willis returned to the ancestors. He leaves behind his beloved children, Hannibal Jr. , Hannisha, Brianna, Kyra, Aniyah, family, and countless art-crew members. Hannibal was one of our great pillars in the local Hiphop scene. Being that he was an emcee along with an aerosol writer, Hannibal was able to impact many lives across the country and around the globe.  With Mr. Willis experiencing various health complications, the bills do add up and are a heavy load on top of the funeral costs to bury our brother. With the current Covid19 regulations on funerals and medical support in general, we have a tremendous amount of monetary responsibility to embrace. Your funds will help provide  medical coverage and proper burial support for the family. Hannibal shared wisdom with any and everyone he came into contact with. He was a community builder and social justice advocate who spent his time giving back to the next generation of social change agents. His strength and resilience in fighting various health issues while maintaining his career as an artist has been a motivational experience for all that knew him. Hannibal also went by many nicknames but his most popular moniker was STARE1. The local art scene has taken a heavy loss with such a trail blazing pioneer of style leaving us so soon. But his great legacy will prevail through the crews he considered his extended family. TDK KTS AF GFC UTI are some of the many local art-crews  Hannibal was a part of. He leaves behind a musical legacy that will be continued by some of his close friends and family as well. The family prays that you will find it in your hearts to donate to Stare's funerary process. We know these are trying and times and we appreciate all that you can offer at the moment.
