Help Cherise bring a ParTea Bus to West Las Vegas!

My name is Cherise Chapman and I own Che’s Creative, a children’s event planning business in the Las Vegas area. I’m a Believer, a wife, a mother of 6 and a youth leader in ministry. I started my business in 2016 initially creating custom keepsakes, & party decor for my kids. As a mother of multiples I always had to make a lot out of a little and that is where my Creative side kicked in. Che’s Creative started at my kitchen table, fulfilling orders and bringing the joy of personalization to my customers, which  has always been a passion of mine. I’ve always had a creative eye & enjoyed working with my hands. Our Tea Parties was birthed with both these things in mind. 

Unfortunately when the pandemic hit it changed the way we were able to have parties. With this new shift in our lives, I was forced to find a new way. I live by the motto, if you can’t find it, make it! With this mindset I begin praying and asking for guidance. In March 2021 I stepped out on faith, & left my job to pursue my dreams. By April 2021 I was blessed with the bus I’ve been praying for to carry out the vision I have.

I’m seeking to raise money  to begin the conversion of my ParTea Bus. The total conversion consists of changing the inside of the the bus to accommodate a Tea Party for up to 10 girls at a time.  The conversion includes TVs, custom seating, lights, audio etc. it will be a complete transformation inside out. This will be the first home of our CreativiTea Parties! Our Tea parties will encourage young ladies to bond with one another, uplift and support each other! I believe it’s time to bring young ladies around a table that allows them to speak life into each other! Where we encourage strong sisterhood bonds to be built early to ensure a lifetime support system! We would love to bring some PositiviTea to this pandemic. The convenience of our bus will be able to eliminate the headaches of party planning for parents. They will be at ease knowing their children are in good hands right outside their doorstep. 

My family was recently devastated by the loss of my God sister, she was taken from us too soon as a result of a senseless act of gun violence. With the rise on teen killings in Las Vegas, I wanted to create a safe space for not just the party goers but also for the youth of my community. In her honor, with the establishment of this bus we are also able to create jobs for at risk teens who share a passion for pouring into children. I will provide them the opportunity to learn about entrepreneurship and leadership. while building up their confidence at the same time.  This is a gift that will keep giving!
