Help Joshua LaCoursiere and His Kids in Crisis

I’m reaching out today with a heavy heart and a desperate plea for your support. My brother, Joshua LaCoursiere, is in a critical situation and urgently needs your help. Over the past few days, he has been battling severe health issues that have left him in dire need of emergency surgery.

My brother initially got stung by a bee (he is severely allergic) and went to the ER. What started as a seemingly minor health concern has rapidly escalated into a life-threatening emergency. Due to some complications with swelling, imaging was done and he was diagnosed with a blood clot in his arm. He was then sent home with just a blood thinner. Later that night, he was in intense pain and his hand/arm was extremely swollen and turning black. He went to a different ER and the staff there stated he needed immediate surgery due to a blood infection from the clot. He was rushed by EMS to a different hospital where he had immediate surgery. The doctors informed us that another immediate surgery and a couple other surgeries may be crucial to remove the clot and treat the infection, or he faces risk of severe complications, including potential life-threatening consequences.

As you can imagine, this crisis has placed an immense emotional and financial strain on Joshua and his three young kids. They are now facing not only the uncertainty of his health but also the significant challenge of managing medical bills and daily expenses without his usual support. He is a dedicated father, working tirelessly to provide for his children. His illness has disrupted their lives in ways surgeries never anticipated, and the stress of his condition is taking a toll on all of them. We are hopeful that with your generosity, we can provide Joshua and his family with the care he urgently needs and focus on helping him recover without the added burden of financial stress.
