Kadeem needs our help please

On 5 October, 2023, the love of my life and the most loving and wonderful father, Kadeem Darlow, was involved in a truck collision on the D’Aguilar Highway. Kadeem sustained life threatening injuries and on more than one occasion I was told to say goodbye to him…..but KD is a fighter and he kept going. He has been in a coma since that day and has undergone numerous surgeries on his both legs, both wrists & arms, hips, and ribs – so far over 80 hours of surgery. Kadeem’s legs were severely injured in the accident, however, despite the surgeons’ best efforts, they could not be saved and Kadeem has lost both of his legs below the knees. Kadeem’s true fight will only begin once he has been brought out of coma and has to deal with the weight of what has happened. His whole world has changed and he has a very long road of recovery ahead of him. I am now reaching out to our wonderful community for help to aid in Kadeem’s recovery so that he can one day receive prosthetic limbs to make his future a little easier.
