Help local family "on the ropes" due to COVID-19.

Mily and Ralph have made quite an impact on the Vernon community during their three short years here. I know many people (myself included) can attest to the fantastic support and encouragement of both upon entering their 9Round franchise. Mily and Ralph have a unique way of making you feel like family. They know every member by name, they remember details about every member's life and they're the first to offer a warm hug following a long absence.

Outside of the gym, Mily and Ralph have taken part in several philanthropic activities within the community. From collecting food and toy donations for The Salvation Army to raising money for H.O.P.E (Helping Out People Exploited) Mily and Ralph have aimed to make Vernon a better community for everyone since coming here.

Mily and Ralph had to close their gym due to COVID-19 and now, like other small businesses in our community, are unable to reopen. This alone is a devastating blow for the Vernon community and for the people who were eager to see Mily and Ralph following this ordeal. I know that I looked forward to one of Mily's hugs upon returning to the gym after physical distancing. However, Mily and Ralph also face the possibility of having to leave Canada following their business's closing.

I would love to raise enough money to allow Mily and Ralph to reopen their gym - however, that is unlikely to happen. Instead, I want to provide the Vernon people with an opportunity to help these individuals who have given so much of themselves to this small community, who have made so many of us healthier and happier through their support.

I know times are difficult for everyone right now - but every dollar makes a difference. Let's show Mily and Ralph how much we care about them and in doing so, hopefully, allow them to continue to be shining stars within our community!
