Help me get out of debt after the scam I was in

Hi my name is Omar and I’ve always been a hardworking guy that has never asked anything from anyone , I’ve always been hardworking and I’ve always looked after the people around me. I’ve recently been a victim of fraud and I was scammed for over £6000 , in order to get all of this money I used my savings that were for me to invest in a better future for myself and my family and I also took a loan and I borrowed money of my parents who aren’t doing so well themselves. I ask from the bottom of my heart for people to help me out with whatever they can as I’ve reached a breaking point in my life and I don’t know how to move on past my depression and anxiety .
