Loki Jones is our beloved 2-year-old pocket bully, a black, tan, and white tri-color with a gentle soul and a unique spirit. Born with two conjoined toes on his left paw, Loki has always been a special part of our family. He’s calm, laid back, and happiest when he’s by our side. Loki loves playing in water and has a special fondness for children, especially babies—he’s always gentle and loving with everyone he meets.

Last night, our lives changed in an instant when our home caught fire around 6:45 pm. Loki was inside when the fire broke out, and it’s truly a miracle that he survived. When firefighters found him, he was unresponsive, but thanks to the quick actions of EMTs, he was revived within minutes. Since then, however, Loki’s condition has worsened. We managed to gather enough money to get him to an emergency animal hospital, but it only covered the initial examination and a cost estimate for his treatment tonight. The vet has told us that his lungs are in very poor condition, and he needs urgent care to survive.

Time is very limited—if Loki doesn’t get the help he needs soon, we could lose him. Right now, we have no home and no way to pay for the treatment that could save Loki’s life. We’re reaching out to our community and anyone who loves animals to help us give Loki the chance he deserves.
