Please help with medical bills abroad

After a long winter at Univeristy in America, my little sister Karmen flew out to meet me and three other friends from uni, for what was ment to be the trip of a life time travelling around the West Coast of California  before heading home for the summer. We had rented a camper van to live in and travel for nearly 2 weeks, the trip started amazing. But on our 3rd or 4th stop tragedy struck, we were all enjoying a day out in Los Angeles when we decided to rent some electric scooters that everyone in the area was using. Karmen was riding up ahead when we saw her hit a pot hole and come flying off over the front of her scooter. I thought it was something minor, but as I approached I quickly realised that something was very wrong. Karmen was lying unconscious and was loosing serious amounts of blood, an ambulance was called to the scene and Karmen was taken to the local hospital where she lay unconscious for around 8 + hours. Various scans took place and we discovered that she is bleeding badly from the brain and had some broken bones including a broken colar bone, eye orbital, nose and possibly hand. It has been stated that she will need surgery on her eye orbital. Karmen has remained in the intensive care unit of the hospital since Wednesday at a cost of $15,000 per day just for the room due to the seriousness of Karmens injuries. We do not know how long she will have to remain here or when we will be able to fly home. Unfortunately Karmen didn't get travel insurance before flying out to meet me and there are already medical bills of over $80,000 dollars just for the past 3-4 days. 
We are still paying of the funeral costs of our Mum who died suddenly last year and with these mounting costs we do not know how we are going to cope. Please donate whatever amount you can too help with these medical costs, you dont know how much it is appreciated. Also please keep Karmen in your prayers hoping that she has a full recovery.
