help coffeespoonie with living expenses

Hi there! I go by @coffeespoonie on Twitter, where I talk about chronic illness, disability, my service dog in training Dovi Ber, and other issues. I'm asking for your help to raise funds to help me move and re-start my life now that my illness is under control.
UPDATE:
Thank you all so much for your support!! I am now living in Nashville and absolutely loving my new life. It's been amazing to have so many more amenities close and accessible to me. Having my moving costs covered has made this possible. I will continue to keep this page open to fund future campaigns I might need help funding. Thank you all so very much for your support!!

More About Me
I'm a 26-year-old disabled woman living with her parents in rural Maine. My health took a turn for the worse in 2015. I had to leave school soon after and stop working, subsequently went into medical debt, and returned home to my parents' place to be closer to my mother and doctors.
Why I Want To Move
Moving out would improve my quality of life massively. I currently live in an area that is extremely isolated, rural, wheelchair inaccessible, and cold. The house I live in is not wheelchair accessible, and has several steps which has led me to have multiple falls. By moving, I'd be living in a much more accessible area, I'd be significantly less isolated because I'd be around other people my age, I'd have access to significantly more resources and support networks. Due to the sheer ruralness of where we live, I'm often left with no accessible options for help (like having my hair washed at a hairdresser, getting someone to walk my dog, or even just ordering delivery food if I cannot cook), since my mother (who acts as my carer) travels for work half the time. The snow and dirt roads present an impossible combination for me to navigate in my wheelchair.
I've been dreaming about moving out since I had to move back, and now I finally have an opportunity to do just that.
My health is finally enough in control that I require less assistance on a daily basis, and I can safely move out. I'm no longer totally bedbound, and I am homebound less frequently. I now need clothes for going back out into public and money for shoes (since I've been wearing the same pajama's and slippers for the last few years, and no longer fit into many of my Pre-Sickness clothes).
That's why I'm asking for help raising funds to start this next chapter of my life.
Why Now
On August 4th, my best friend and I got to discussing our dreams/hopes/plans for the future. She was considering buying a pretty blue house, but it seemed unlikely to happen for several logistical reasons. I, on the other hand, had the problem of being desperate to move out, but needing somewhere affordable/accessible to go, with someone who would be comfortable occasionally playing a caregiving role for me. On August 13th, I was declared in remission from one of my illnesses after having major surgery. Things came together for my friend, and within a couple months, she'd bought the house she'd showed me on her phone that day on the dock by the water. Between my surgery, physical therapy, the bit of money I've squirreled away, and where Dovi is in his training--I now have an opportunity to move myself and my service dog to Nashville, TN and live with my childhood best friend. The rent is affordable and the space is more accessible than the one I'm currently in.
Why I Need Help
I don't have quite the funds I need yet to be able to afford everything I need to buy to settle into a new life. From a new mattress to having grab bars installed in the bathroom to a ramp for the front steps, there are lots of things (big and small) that I'll have to buy.
I wasn't able to do the freelance work I've begun doing as this summer I have had two surgeries, and between them, had to help take care of my mother after she had a brain surgery to remove a meningioma. I'd only just been able to start working again last winter before having another severe flare that landed me in the hospital multiple times starting May 16th. It lasted five months, culminating in an ileocolic resection surgery that I underwent August 6th. My mother had her major surgery July 9th to remove a meningioma (a brain tumor), and I had to help take care of her for a short while. Basically, I've been a little busy, and I lost a lot of income having to take a hiatus from working for health reasons. I'm happy to report all the surgeries were very successful and my mom has totally recovered, but the surgeries (and their recovery periods) did take up a lot of time. And none of this, of course, has deterred my desire to get the heck out of here and move somewhere better for me and my dog!!
Please help me move to an accessible home in Nashville, where I can start the next chapter of my life! Thank you so much for your support!
