Help Make a Home for Louisville's Homeless

Family Health Centers Phoenix is committed to eliminating homelessness, one person at a time. We currently provide Permanent Supportive Housing to 150 formerly homeless individuals, many of whom moved directly from the streets into their own apartment. Each year our need becomes greater as the number of individuals in our housing program continues to grow and we rely on the support of donors like you to best serve our clients.

Donations to Phoenix's Help Make a Home support purchasing essential home goods for persons living on the streets or in shelters to begin a new chapter in a home you can help create. When Phoenix helps provide housing, we purchase furniture, cookware, linens, all the things you need to begin a new home.
