Hilcote Valley Railway Fire Damage Appeal

Hi all. On Friday 25th March 2022 at 17:30hrs a garden fire from a neighbour spread into the garden centre where Hilcote Valley Railway is based. Despite the fire service working frantically to save everything in the storage area, the fire managed to spread to our ticket office and station adjacent to the storage facility destroying both.  We would love to rebuild ASAP and get the railway back on track. The ticket office is our priority and then the station later on. Luckily, the fire didn't get to our Loco's and rolling stock, so we can reopen after a massive clean up and rebuild. Hilcote Valley Railway is ran by volunteers and is self funded. Without our riders we can't operate. Anything you can spare, however small will be greatly appreciated. Thanking you all in advance.
