Honor the life and legacy of Jake

Hi all-

On Monday April 15, our hearts were broken when Jake Zappa passed away suddenly in an unexpected accident while preparing for another day of good work in his local community.

Jake lived big, impacted so many, and loved deeply in his 34 years before he was taken from us much to soon.

More than anything, Jake loved his family, especially his wife Heather and their 4 young children. This fundraiser is intended to support them during this incredibly difficult time.
