On June 23, 2026, Oliver James Lewis tragically lost his life in a bicycle accident after a vehicle collision. Oliver was a beloved rising sophomore at Bishop Feehan High School, where he achieved high honors, was a member of the soccer team and played tenor saxophone in the band. As his final act of kindness, Oliver saved the lives of five other people with his organs that were donated for transplant.

To know Oliver was to know true kindness. He found his greatest joy in lifting others up, and he believed deeply in fairness, compassion, and the power of opportunity. Oliver’s unwavering conviction was that everyone—regardless of their circumstances—deserves a fair chance to thrive.

In honor of Oliver’s generous spirit and commitment to justice and equality, his family has established the Oliver Lewis Scholarship Fund at Bishop Feehan High School. This fund will support students whose financial circumstances might otherwise prevent them from reaching their full potential.
