Hurricane ETA -

On November 3rd, Hurricane ETA began to pass in Honduras, leaving abundant rains especially in the northern region of the country. Destroying many of the homes of our brothers of the local churches in Honduras. Many have lost their assets, so we hope that through the Body we can supply basic needs such as shelter, food, among others.

2 Co. 8:13-15 For it is not that to others there will be relief, yet to you affliction, but it is out of equality; at the present time your abundance for their lack that their abundance also may be for your lack, so that there may be equality; as it is written, “He who gathered much had no excess, and he who gathered little had no lack”.

I am José Luis Alvarenga a responsible brother from the local churches in Honduras. My relation to the parties I am raising funds for are brothers and sisters from the church I assist in Honduras. Especially brothers and sisters from La Lima and San Pedro Sula, who have lost everything because of the Hurricane that just went by through our country this past week. The Hurricane is called Hurricane ETA.  The funds will be used to provide these people, shelter, food, fuel, stoves (their gas), clothes, shoes, mattresses (since they have lost everything), water, medicine, gas (some people were left in there roofs so we had to pay for the boats gas), hygiene (toilet paper, shampoos, soap), rebuild homes, biosecurity measures such as masks, hand sanitizers (since our country is also having a hard time with COVID-19), cleaning materiales,  energy and water bills of the homes where the brothers are staying temporarily and many more expenses that every day are coming up while the flood decreases and everything is cleaned up.
