Trace unexpectedly passed away while backcountry skiing in Jackson, WY on April 2, 2020.  Trace was a healthy, happy, friendly, and vibrant 27 year-old man. His love for the outdoors and nature was contagious.

His parents are now looking at the unexpected cost of emergency care, medical bills and a funeral. They are faced with this during the Covid-19 pandemic which already has all of us feeling anxious and facing economic uncertainty. It is unknown if and when they will be able to grieve the passing of Trace due to social distancing.
