Indie walk for war horse

Indie is so loving the daily walks we started last week (following his break out from the paddocks to the jucier grass at Seton Mill), that we’ve decided to be very brave and take part in Walk for War Horse to raise funds for animal rescues that have been affected by the Covid pandemic.
We’ll walk and note the distances we cover, and we’ll take pics of Indie in our beautiful countryside to evidence that he’s been there! By 30th April, we’ll submit the distance we’ve walked and 3 of our pics to Walk for War Horse and—who knows—we might be selected as a winner.
But we thought it could be a great opportunity to ask if folk might want to sponsor Indie and we’ll donate any pennies raised to 4 groups that mean a lot to us—East Lothian Animal Rescue and Advice, The Scottish Borders Donkey Sanctuary (Donkey Heaven), Frugaldom and War Horse.
We’ve paid our joining fee and plan to start our walking diary on Thursday 15th April, leaving us with 15 days to raise £s for great causes. If you can spare a £ or two, thank you! We’ll post pics to Seton Sands Community Ponies.
(Indie Beau Scotia was a surprise delivery from his rescued mum in Spring 2016. He still lives with his mum and other field friends. Knowing only love and kindness in his life, he has attitude and sass so this walking adventure is a big thing for him and his walker . . . seeing, feeling, hearing, experiencing things that he’s never come upon before .
