Jake Williams Memorial Fund

Jake Williams lost his young, bright, and beautiful life at the budding age of 19 years old. He was adored and loved by his family and friends. He loved people and there wasn't a person that he met that he didn't consider a friend. He always had a smile on his face and love in his heart. It was important to him that the people he loved felt happy and he spent hours talking to them all. Jake loved to have fun and make people laugh. His comments would often catch others off guard and question what they just heard. If he wasn't home working on schoolwork or tired from his daily life, he was out with his friends, playing video games, or spending time with his family.

Jake was profoundly empathetic and caring, traits that spread deep and wide with his family and friends. He worked on the dining team of The Sheridan at Mason where he daily worked with memory care residents. His ability to connect with them brought them joy and peace in the most difficult time of their lives. Jake put his heart and soul into his job and it was felt immensely by his coworkers. Not only did he freely share his unconditional love with the memory care residents, but he also loved and brought comfort to all the residents and his coworkers. He took great pride in his work at The Sheridan.

Jake had a passion for knowledge and spent time keeping himself informed on topics of interest. He was a 2020 graduate from William Mason High School in Mason, OH. He had completed his first semester of college at the University of Cincinnati Blue Ash College. He was being considered for the UCBA Honors program for his academic performance over Fall semester 2020. He was majoring in psychology because he felt he had the compassion, empathy, and ability to help others.

Jake would have given the shirt off of his back if someone needed it and this fundraiser will be used to do that financially. Proceeds will be donated to organizations that help those that have a special meaning to Jake, including the elderly and pets. Mental health advocacy will be of special note. Please help us to bring Jake's legacy alive by donating to further spread Jake's love for others and his desire to see them well cared for and happy.

Thomas and Jill Williams
