My name is Dean I am wanting to raise funds in memory of Jason to help with funeral expenses. Jason Sadly passed away on the New Year’s Day in ICU after a short but aggressive rare immune disorder. As many friends and family know Jason was the most kind and caring young man you could meet extremely hard working and a loving partner to Jade of 15 years and it is devastating to loose Jason at such a young age only 30
