Hi, my name is Jude. I’m a 18 year old transgender man. My parents currently will not help fund anything that has to do with it and have made it clear that they will not support me in this. This means I am paying for everything on my own without insurance.
Pricing through FOLX without insurance are as follows:
- New patient visit: $159
- Established patient visit: $79 per visit
- Labs: $29-$47
- Hormone Replacement Therapy Prescription's (Testosterone): $97 every 90 days
- FOLX membership: $40 per month
