Justin Kasimu Farewell

Donation protected
It is with profound sadness that we announce the passing of Justin Kasimu. Justin unexpectedly passed away on 12th December leaving behind his young wife Sharon Chemiat.

Justin was pulled out of water around noon at Frankston Beach in Melbourne after he was found unresponsive. Despite the heroic efforts by first responders he could not be revived. Coroners report indicate cause of death was due to sudden rapture of brain vein (hemorrhagic Stroke).

The family is shocked and saddened by this loss and unfortunately not financially prepared as this was unexpected. If you knew Justin you’d know how much he touched the lives of everyone around him.

We are raising funds to assist with Justin's funeral costs and repatriation of his body to Kenya.

Dominic Nzioka and Michael Wanjiru are Members of Justin’s Funeral Organising Committee. Dominic is the nominated organiser for the Go Fund me campaign and Michael Wanjiru is the nominated Treasurer and authorised to withdraw donated funds.

Justin’s Funeral Organising Committee will utilise the donations to settle costs for the funeral home and logistics. I would like to thank the donors who have contributed so far and assure them that the funds will be utilised for the intended purpose.
