Hii!! I'm Kailyn. I'm an visual art sophomore at Weaver Academy, high school for arts. The Art department (there are many different departments haha!) is going on a school trip to Paris. There, we are going to visit many different museums and historical sites to learn more about foreign arts and the principles of art design, as well as study different French artists, learn more about French art history, and take a deep dive into the world of non native works and fine arts pieces. Now, I would LOVEEEE to go on this trip, but the problem is, I absolutely cannot afford it. It is my absolute DREAM to go to Paris, especially to learn about the thing I love the most.

I have been doing it since I came out of the womb, lol. Yes, most of it was crappy, but the love for it is still there. Art is the only way I can express how I feel, truly. Art is the safe space I always run back to after a long day. And being able to afford going on this trip would mean the absolute WORLD to me. Please help your girl out. Art is the only thing I could ever love this much. Please help me do what I love. Any and all support is appreciated.

Anyway the end goal is 2-3k. I'm asking for this much because my art teacher only told us it would be in the 3-4 thousands but never gave us a specific number (and we haven't gotten the paperwork!! this trip is in spring <3) and I'm gonna need spare money to be order to eat and buy souvenirs and such. not only that but gofundme fees take away quite a bit of money lolz.
