Help for surgery!

Hello, my name is Me-Ywi Johnson, and I am a transgender male, trying to save up for top surgery. My health insurance doesn't cover any of it because it is considered cosmetic and not necessary. I will take any help you guys offer! This will not only improve my mental health, but will also improve my relationship with myself, and I will be able to finally live comfortably as myself.
