Lars Kep Lane Memorial Fund
As the youngest son of Lars (Keppie) Lane, I've organized this fundraiser to help with his widow and soulmate (Vicki) may experience in the years to come.
My father's life was abruptly cut short on Wednesday May 26th, 2021, during the tragic events at the VTA Light Rail facility. He leaves behind a loving wife, 4 children, and 4 grandchildren. As well as an enormous community of friends and family who will never be able to fill the space in our hearts left by his beautiful presence.
To know Lars Lane is to love him. He was the first to help his neighbor, his family and anyone that knew him. He was a loving husband, father, grandfather, Uncle, brother, brother in law and loved his family fiercely. We are asking for help with burial and funeral costs for Vicki, Lars' retired widow, as well as any unforeseen financial needs as Vicki's life and future were completely intertwined with my father's.
