Life straight from kidney failure

Well always been a clean man no drugs or smoking. Work hard 40 hour a week and reliable. Till mothers side of the family hit me in medical terms turning a bull into a weak man. Diabetic, Congestive heart failure, high blood pressure leading to stage 4 kidney failure caused temporary bliding as well. Knocked me back on my Bill's and rides to appointments. I'm also an inspiring writer who just wants a shot his dream. I not out here hurting anybody. But this has knocked me for a loop. Still plan to work after I see how I feel after Dyalis 3 times a week. I have a good heart and understand there are more people more needy then me, but if you can spare it, God bless you know matter what. Thank you.
