Local Cat Charity needs Help.........

Hi, my name is Nicky, and I have started this Go Fund Group for a local charity very close to my heart. Cat Assist Team Whitchurch is a local charity completely funded by donations. The cost of living crisis is having a knock-on effect on the rescue, and currently, their funding is very low.

This charity rescues stray cats that have been dumped by owners who can no longer afford to look after them along with cats that have never even had a home. Most of these cats are rescued either heavily pregnant and sick, or coming in with litters of sick kittens.

This charity is concerned about how it will survive the next 6 months with the increase in energy cost. They have pens that need heating and lighting, and as the cold months draw in this is a big concern.

The Charity have a group of foster carers, but the charity has to provide food, cat equipment and veterinary treatment.

All I am asking is that any of my family or friends can donate any amount to this charity in dire need of help. Being an animal lover myself and following CATW daily, reading all the stories of the cats they rescue and managing to rehome makes all this worthwhile. Sadly there are a lot of cases when the outcome is not a happy ending, but I can guarantee CATW do everything they can for every soul they rescue.
