Maddie and Adele’s fundraising adventure

Hi everyone my names Adele I work within the care sector I have worked almost 19 years       with Adults with learning disabilities . This is a job I love and have great passion in especially   in helping people to achieve and have new        opportunities. 

fundraising is something I love to do and if it    only  helps one person, I personally know that I have made a difference. 

Maddie my daughter who is 10 years old has.   come forward and would like to help raise       money for Adults with learning disabilities in  Bradford. 

The Challenge Maddie has suggested is for us to do is to walk 12 miles on the canal from        Bingley to Skipton . 

We have recently walked and climbed Pen-Y-Ghent and wanted to do something with a bit more distance. 

This challenge will be completed in 1 day and  held on 8th of April 2021 ! In either Rain or      Shine but really hoping for warmer weather! 

All money raised will go towards Personalised technology for individuals at one of our Hubs !
we are hoping to raise enough money to              create our very own smart hub so any help will be massively appreciated as this will make a    huge difference to people’s lives!
