Memorial fund for Billy Moore

Our close friend Billy suddenly had his life snatched away from him on the 22nd December 2022 due to knife crime at only 31 years old.

Losing a loved one at any time is difficult but so suddenly and during Christmas has been unbearable for billys family and friends.

We as billys friends (approval by family) have set this up for donations instead of flowers as its family flowers on the day this is to help assist with costs for a memorial and the remaining donations will be sent to the charity night-safe, where Billy volunteered.

Nightsafe work with young people in blackburn and darwen who are homeless or are at risk of homelessness and will provide accommodation, day centres with information, advice and guidance. They help with emergency needs and empower our young people to play a positive part in their local community.

Billy loved being involved with the charity and helping others.

Billy was a great friend of ours who will be deeply missed, he would do anything for anyone, All who knew him would say that he was a gentle giant with a kind soul. We are devastated that he has been taken from us so young and in such a senseless way.

If we can come together and help the family ease the pressure after such tragic and awful news.

We all miss you Billy. Rest in Peace.
