Dan Kleine Hit By SUV While Sitting In His House

My Uncle was sitting in his living room on Dec 19, 2019 when an SUV crashed through the wall and ran him over. He was sitting in his living room when the car ran over him, knocking him out of his chair and pinning him under the car. The accident broke his leg in two places, fractured 9 of his ribs in 19 places, punctured his lung, and tore off a portion of his ear that doctors were unable to reattach.

My uncle is a hard working family man who also spends countless hours as a spiritual shepherd and minister in the congregation. He also volunteers hundreds of hours every year to provide practical assistance to those in spiritual need in the Indianapolis area, especially helping the disadvantaged, poor, and needy. He is a good man that is dearly loved by all who know him.

Needless to say there will be a long recovery process and he will be unable to work to support his family for some time while recovering. Additionally, their home is no longer structurally sound and they will need to find a new place to live. In the mean time, his wife is staying with family while they try to locate a new place to live. Due to the extent of damage to the home and to my Uncle's body they are also seeking the legal advice of an attorney. This will likely mean a lengthy amount of time until financial relief is secured through the courts.

In the meantime, anything you can do to help him and his wife would be greatly appreciated.

The difference between the covered value of the home that was destroyed and the current market value if sold in previous condition
