In 2020, the lives of many changed drastically dealing with Covid-19. Children within the community, especially those with special needs, have experienced significant hits from the disruption of social interaction and displacement of face-to-face learning.
We’ve witnessed the need for support through the voices within our communities, thus creating NESS Cares to further reach the community by providing access to tools that help and support families.
As our nation transitions into re-opening it is important that our children are equipped with the tools needed to succeed.
OUR GOAL is to raise $40,000 ($10,000 per season) to support children's developmental needs through the encouragement of sensory play. With these funds we will have the means to create and distribute NESS Cares Sensory Boxes to the local community.
These seasonal boxes will contain fun toys and activities for the kids as well as informative parent educational tools. Now more than ever, it is essential that we come together and with your contributions we will make a positive change in the world for our youth!
