Nottingham Lions - NIHL North Streaming Series

Help to support the development of junior hockey in Nottingham with your kind donations. 

The Nottingham Lions have been working hard over the past months to determine options for returning to play ice hockey.  As a result, we are delighted to announce that will take part in a series of games over February and March

The Lions will face the following opposition: Blackburn Hawks, Sheffield Scimitars and Widnes Wild.  

The games are designed to send a positive message to hockey players, fans and volunteers as we work towards getting back to some level of normality, playing the sport we love.  


Game Schedule:-

Sunday 28th February Vs Sheffield Scimitars 4pm face off


Saturday 20th March Vs Blackburn Hawks 4pm face off


Sunday 28th March Vs Widnes Wild 4pm face off 



The Lions Media Team will provide a free stream service from the CCM Rink at the  National Ice Centre, providing a fantastic game experience both Jono Bullard and Chris Gadsby will give you a real insight into the Lions and if you are new to the game it will be amazing to welcome you to a behind the scenes insight to everything Lions - providing pre-game, interval chats and post game reaction from both team players and coaches. 


As these games are being played behind closed doors you will be able to sit back in the safety of your own home and see some great hockey action taking place in Nottingham. 

All monies raised from your kind donations will be invested into junior players and grass roots development initiatives at the Nottingham Ice Hockey Club to encourage and engage a long term involvement and journey in ice hockey .
