Ongoing help for severe IBD and skin condition

I’m Joe I never ask for anything from anyone, I’m always first to help and assist others so this seems very un natural,

I have been diagnosed with quite severe ulcerative colitis which has plagued me for months, I recently spent 6 days in hospital monitored around the clock due to a severe flare up of the condition which has left me extremely unwell and weak along with large weight loss and anxiety, I’m currently on high doses of medication and steroid which inhibit my ability to do a lot of what I normally would. At the same time of admission to hospital I developed a severe skin reaction which is all over my face, neck, back, chest and scalp, this is extremely debilitating and I’m unable to open my eyes properly, eat comfortably and feels like a chemical burn. More treatment is needed but I’m unable to work or leave the house due to a lowered immune system,

I am unable to work nor receive sick pay due to starting a new job so financial support is extremely low and I have no real means of financially supporting myself which causes major stress and further worsens my condition,

My treatment is ongoing with no end in sight , I work 50+ hours a week normally, pay my taxes and put others first but on this occasion I’ve run out of options and my health isn’t willing to help the situation.

Any support would be greatly appreciated, which will help me with payment of food, bills, and other living costs such as prescriptions and medication, thank you for taking the time to read this
