Hi, I'm Lolli. It is so hot. Swelteringly hot. I can hardly move. My head is throbbing. I can’t

see, my nose is all plugged up and I can hardly breathe. The temperature

outside is over 30 degrees and I am sitting in the middle of the lawn with my

siblings. How are we ever going find shade and comfort? How did we get out

here?! Things seemed to be so hopeless and then suddenly, I heard people

talking. A nice lady picked me up and put me in a box. Then I felt my three

siblings join me. We went for a car ride and ended up at Pet Patrol. The farm

that I came from raised cows and pigs, and there were quite a few cats there.

It was tidy and we were looked after, but then we weren’t! What changed?

Food was meagre and low quality, and with hot days and cold nights it was

inevitable, that weak kittens like me would become sick. As soon as I

got into Pet Patrol care, they phoned a vet and asked if I could be brought in

first thing in the morning. That night I ate and slept better than I ever had.

There is no doubt that my horribly ulcerated eye must be removed. The sad

thing is, my other eye is also ulcerated and saving my vision is not looking

good. I will be a blind kitten, but from what I understand kitties like me do

well in the right home. Where kind people love us for who we are, and don't

move their furniture around too much. :D. Pet Patrol is also caring for my three

siblings, and they are doing much better than I am. If you are able to donate

to help with my surgery and keep an eye on me during my progress, I will
