Young girls from at-risk families in Punjab are often forced to abandon their dreams - not due to lack of ability or ambition - but because of financial barriers beyond their control. At Punjabi Women’s Network (PWN), our mission is to close this gap. By removing economic obstacles, we empower young girls to stay in school, pursue higher education, and build pathways to meaningful careers.
All funds raised through this initiative will be donated directly toward Grade 11 and 12 tuition for girls enrolled at Khalsa Girls Senior Secondary School, Morinda, Punjab. PWN has proudly supported this school since 2022, helping over a hundred girls continue their education during the most critical years of their academic journey.
To ensure accountability and responsible stewardship, PWN representatives visited the school last year, meeting directly with the students who benefit from this support and confirming that funds are used appropriately and as intended. We have seen firsthand the impact education has on these girls’ confidence, aspirations, and futures.
“You educate a girl, you educate a village.”
Educating young girls in Punjab is one of the most powerful ways to raise living standards, unlock economic opportunity, and strengthen entire communities. When a girl stays in school, the benefits extend far beyond the classroom: uplifting families, communities, and future generations.
Your support makes this possible. Be part of lasting change. Donate today and help a young girl finish her education and begin her future.
