Hi! We're Thayer and Kathy and we're competing TOGETHER in the 2021 Rebelle Rally!
We are both returning Rebelles having competed with other teammates in previous years. This time, we decided the time was right for us to compete in it together!
If you're not familiar with the Rebelle Rally , it is the first women’s off-road navigation rally raid in the United States. It's map and compass navigation only--NO GPS--and over 1,400 miles of awesome off-road and navigating challenges through California and Nevada. We'll work our way from Lake Tahoe to pretty darn close to the Mexico border!
No hellraising here--we're just going to navigate like heck, get dusty and dirty, and have a blast!

**FUN STORY**
Kathy's sister, Janet, actually took a photo of Thayer's Land Rover at an intersection in Denver in 2018. With off-road stickers everywhere, including a Rebelle Rally sticker, her sister sent the photo of Thayer's truck to Kathy and texted, "I think this girl off-roads?" Kathy ended up meeting Thayer that same year when she covered the Rebelle Rally for Toyota Cruisers & Trucks magazine and told her the story about the photo. And, here they are now, competing together!
