On January 3rd 2026, severe flooding completely inundated my art space and base leaving it completely uninhabitable.
I had only recently moved in and finished setting up my life and studio, after a long period of transition - and was finally feeling settled again. This space held my materials, my routines, and the quiet foundation of my creative practice as well as a showroom for the public and collectors to experience my work. In a matter of hours, I lost much of my furniture, and the materials and tools I rely on for both daily life and my creative work
The flooding was caused by a convergence of intense storms and king tides, which can overwhelm low-lying areas of Sausalito. The water rose quickly and caused extensive damage, leaving the space unsafe to occupy.
Several friends encouraged me to share this, so I’m raising funds to help bridge the immediate gap; covering short-term housing, replacing damaged materials and tools, and giving me the stability needed to begin the recovery and repair process.
Any support, whether through a contribution or simply sharing this page, is deeply appreciated. Thank you for being part of this community and for holding me through an unexpected moment of loss
