Help Iya David prune her reed farm

Want to join me in making a difference? I'm raising money through Deep Rhythm Inc. to benefit Deborah Avoseh, aka Iya David. She’s a Reed Mat Maker who lives in a small village along the Badagry Creek in Lagos Nigeria.

Her reed harvesting techniques and work ethics is why we are celebrating her. While Iya David might not be taking us to mars, her small but mighty efforts have contributed in making it possible for us to still call this planet our home despite the beating and devastation it has suffered in the careless and greedy hands of mankind.

Her greatness comes in the most unrecognizable circumstance, the humblest of places, and in the smallest of packages. Her 3-acre reed farm needs pruning, a few hands to help her, and a platform to exhibit her beautiful creations to the world are needed.
