i want to make cartoons for the youth

hello! my name is lidia, i'm 22, non-binary, latinx, and a complete mess.

so, i'm trying to highkey eventually open my own animation studio (v far away goal) but right NOW i am sort of not Great (yet) at doing storyboard/animatics/generally making art quickly.

anyways, i really need a new laptop and/or (probably or lol) an ipad (mostly for procreate) to get better at quick work/take on commissions.

i don't have a source of income like at all rn and am living at a friends' place during covid and would like to start helping her out financially since she has so graciously allowed me to be here rent free (had some complications with staying home (i live in MS when i'm not attending school) and so i really want to funnel some money towards her bc she is starting her bakery business(whoo!) and needs funds as well. 

my goal for getting more money is to start selling prints and stickers and stuff but right now adobe is gobbling up most of my money and it really sucks and i just want to not be so much of a financial burden while still pursuing something i really really r e a l l y want to do. i know right now there's much greater need within the trans/enby community (ESPECIALLY FOR BLACK TRANS/GNC FOLK) but i have to focus on turning survival into a thrival (i just want to enjoy the work i do and be self-sustaining) literally this money will go towards the ipad but i made the goal more bc i want to give any excess to my friend and/or distribute to my gnc and trans siblings.
