Saving Boruch's Sight. The last stretch.

As most of you who know me are aware, I have been having severe eye issues for quite a number of years called Keratoconus.
In June of 2021, I suffered 2 strokes due to a nonstop severe migraine that lasted for over 6 weeks caused by my vision issues (everything else was ruled out, and this was the only thing the neurologists felt was a possible cause).
I am, Thank G-D, recovering, but am petrified of having another even-worse stroke.
My vision was so bad at one time (about 9 years ago) that I couldn’t recognize my wife from around 15' away. I couldn't read out of either of my eyes, couldn't read road signs and could not work effectively in any of my trades.
I have had 9 surgeries to correct my vision issues (the last 2 were in 2022), and Thank G-D have come a long way. Unfortunately, I still have a long way to go.
I now need to raise funds for hopefully the last set of surgeries to take place as soon as I am able to raise all the funds needed to get my vision where it needs to be, and to allow me to start working properly again to support my family.
At this time, due to 9 previous surgeries, there is nothing else that can be done to either of my corneas. The last step is to implant specialized lenses into my eyes, that will create a pin-hole effect, and thereby give me the best possible vision I have had in years.
Due to the vision issues I am still having, I have been suffering debilitating migraines weekly. The migraines are not only getting worse, they're getting to be almost constant with only a short respite between them (the cause of my 2 strokes in June 21, and the 2 TIA's I've had since). The migraines eased off a fair amount after the last set of surgeries, but as I'm trying to get back into work (I'm a photographer), the migraines are coming back with a vengeance due to the vision issues I still have, working on the computer and having my face up against a camera.
Needless to say, these issues are affecting me and my family negatively in so many ways, not the least of which is playing havoc with my capabilities to support my family.
As a professional photographer, I have to spend many hours at my computer editing, but the strain from focusing on the screen gives me severe migraines within 20-30 minutes.
The effects of the strokes, migraines, financial and emotional strain I face on a daily basis from not being able to work properly to support my family is exceptionally hard to overcome.
I need to go to Ireland for one last set of surgeries on the right eye (Please G-D the last surgeries) which is hoped to bring me as close to a normal 20-20 vision in both eyes with glasses for both distance and reading.
The amount of $52 000 that I am asking for help with is divided up as $35000 for the trip to Ireland, which includes the actual surgeries, living expenses for the +- 2 months I will have to spend there for the surgeries, living expenses for my family while I am gone, and then the balance is for assistance to support my family while I get back on my feet after the surgery. The last time it took about 3 months before I could get back to work part-time, and another few months before I could work a normal day.
I feel terrible asking for your help and assistance to pull this off, but unfortunately I have no other choice at this stage. I am aiming to go as soon as I possibly can (depending on surgery dates at this point).
