Give Sergio the prom he missed!

The day before our Elizabeth High School prom, Sergio went to the doctor with a strange pain in his chest.
As it turns out, the doctor found a life threatning blister on his right lung, a conditioned called spontaneous pneumothorax. Once it burst, it released air and it was trapped within the lung wall. It caused his lung to collapse, and if not taken to the hospital when he did it could have stopped his heart.

After two surgeries by the excellent staff at Saint Barnabas Medical Center, Sergio is on a path for recovery in hopes this medical predicament doesn't occur again.

Even though both surgeries were successful Sergio's recovery rendered him unable to go to his Prom, after having paid for all the cost that come with it.

Please help Sergio have a mini-prom. We, a group of friends, have planned a "mini-prom" for him. We will take him out in a limo to have dinner and enjoy a dance.

We need help to recreate the memorable experience which is prom. As he already has to worry about his medical bills, help him have the experience he sadly had to miss.
