Sew Sussex - Sew to Support NHS & Frontline

Philippa Davis is organizing this fundraiser to benefit SEAFORD AND BISHOPSTONE NEIGHBOURHOOD WATCH ASSOCIATION.

Do you want to join is in making a difference? We are a team of nearly 350 volunteers sewing extra scrubs, caps, gowns and masks to help our NHS Doctors, Nurses and Careworkers in Hospitals, Clinics, Care Homes and Medical Practices in East Sussex.

Every second of our time is given freely and in just under a week we have effectively built a factory without once being in the same room together.

We need your help to keep buying bulk fabric and materials .
We have been blessed by a fabric wholesaler who is supplying us NHS grade fabric at 95 pence a meter but we are getting through 3000 meters a week!!!

Every donation will help. Just £5.00 makes a full set of scrubs, cap, mask and a laundry bag.
